Our Starter Site is $1,500 and includes 3–5 custom pages. Our Business Site is $2,500 and includes 5–8 pages with additional features like Google Analytics, full SEO setup, and more. Both are one-time payments — no monthly fees unless you choose our care plan.
Only if you choose our Monthly Care Plan at $199/mo — which covers hosting, updates, and maintenance. If you'd rather manage everything yourself, there are no ongoing fees from us. Your only cost would be your domain registration (~$15/yr from your registrar).
The $199/mo care plan includes hosting management, up to 2 hours of updates per month (text changes, photo updates, adding pages, etc.), and priority support. Additional time is billed at $75/hr and we always notify you before going over the limit. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
We require a 50% deposit before starting any work and the remaining 50% upon completion — before the site goes live. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Care plan billing starts on your go-live date and runs monthly.
Most sites are live within 7 business days of receiving all your assets (logo, photos, copy). The timeline depends on how quickly you can get us your content. We send a clear asset request list right after the deposit is paid so you know exactly what we need.
Before you spend anything we'll build a real, working preview of your new homepage — custom designed for your business and industry. You can see exactly what it would look like before committing to anything. If you love it, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings and no cost to you.
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions after we deliver the preview. We collect all your feedback in one go and make changes from there. Our goal is to get it exactly right — the free mockup process means most clients are very happy with the direction before we even start the full build.
We'll need your logo, photos, and any specific text you want on the site. If you don't have professional photos we can work with what you have. We write all the layout copy and structure — you just provide the information about your business and we'll make it sound great.
If you already have one, great — we'll connect it. If not, we'll help you pick and register one. We recommend buying your domain through Namecheap or Google Domains. Domain registration typically costs around $15/year and is paid directly to the registrar — not to us.
You own everything. Once the final payment is made, all site files belong to you. If you ever cancel your care plan or decide to move to another provider, we deliver all your files so you can take them anywhere. No lock-in, no tricks.
It depends on which path you choose. Path A (most popular) — we manage everything, you email us changes. Path B — we build on Webflow which has a visual editor you can use yourself. Path C — we hand off the raw HTML code, best for those with technical knowledge.
Every site we build includes basic SEO setup — page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and we submit your site to Google Search Console. This gets you indexed. Getting to page one for competitive keywords takes more time and ongoing SEO work, but we make sure you start off on the right foot.
We handle everything through email. This keeps things documented, organized, and on your schedule — no need to coordinate calls or block off time on your calendar. Most clients find this actually makes the process faster and easier.
Yes — and that's a good thing for both of us. Our contract clearly spells out what we'll build, what it costs, the timeline, and your rights as the client. It protects you as much as it protects us. The care plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
We're based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida and primarily serve businesses in Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, and the surrounding areas. Since everything is handled remotely via email, we're able to work with businesses anywhere in Florida.
